Here is my entry for the PRH Design Award at Penguin — a redesign of the cover to ‘A Wrinkle in Time’ by Madeleine L’Engle (a personal favourite of mine!)

I am very pleased with how this turned out! There were a fair few stops and starts, and at one point, I was heading in a completely different direction. I’m glad, however, that this is a cover which can appeal broadly to both the adults who grew up reading ‘A Wrinkle in Time’ and the children picking it up for the first time.
